How can I request assistance for embarkation/dissembarkation?

The request is submitted to Help Center, clicking on the “Request Submission” button, making sure to fill in all the required information in detail.

How can I book a wheelchair-accessible cabin?

You can book an accessible cabin by calling the reservations center at +30 210 8919800, by visiting the Central Agencies or through authorized travel agencies. Alternatively, you can submit a request to Help Center.
On board our vessels there are specially designed cabins with easy access and operation to accommodate passengers with special needs. Due to a limited number of such cabins, it is necessary to reserve in advance.
