Boarding cards and cabin keys are issued during check-in, which is mandatory. You may collect your ticket(s) using any of the following two methods:
- WEB CHECK-IN (e-Ticket)
To receive your e-Ticket(s), from 48 hours up to 2 hours before your departure, at your e-mail, mobile or tablet click here and follow the steps.
For Adriatic lines, it is necessary to check the travel documents at the port office BEFORE boarding the ship.
When boarding the ship, you must display the e-Ticket(s), along with your ID card or Passport. - TICKET COLLECTION FROM THE PORT AGENCIES
You can collect your ticket(s) exclusively from the Port Agencies in Greece and Italy at least 3 hours before your departure. In order to collect your ticket(s), and for the safety of your transaction, you must present your Booking Reference and Access Code, along with your ID card or Passport.
Due to our compliance with the security regulations of the ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) code, all passengers are kindly required to proceed to the embarkation area, at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Before boarding the vessel, it is mandatory to follow the instructions that you'll find here.
- If you are a beneficiary of discount, you must also present all the necessary documents when issuing the tickets and when boarding the ship.
- If you are a Eurail/Interrail Pass holder (e.g. Eurail/Interrail Greek Islands Pass), you must also present your valid railway pass.
All passengers are required to present their boarding card, a valid passport or ID, their vehicle’s license as well as any valid document that proves that they are entitled discounted tickets (if they have such tickets) during check-in and to the vessel’s authorized personnel. Infants and children also require official documents of identification.

Following check-in, you are required to drive your vehicle to the parking area outside the vessel. To board the vessel you shall present a valid passport and other travel documents (if required) and your boarding card.
*You may experience heavy traffic in the highways during weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), bank holidays and in the summer period, so please plan your journey in order to arrive at the port on time.
