What is DigiKey?
DigiKey is the new digital solution that lets you open your cabin easily and quickly using your smartphone.

How will you obtain it?
Easily, by following the simple steps below:

✔ During your check-in at the port office, ask the port agent to activate the DigiKey for you
✔ Once it is activated, download the FLEXIPASS APP (Android & iOS)

✔ Activate your phone’s Bluetooth.
✔ Enter the personal code in the format ##CabinCODE##, which you will receive via SMS — 2 hours before departure.
✔ Go to the cabin that will appear on your smartphone.
✔ Bring your phone close to the door reader, wait until the light turns solid green, and enter!
