SUPERFAST RACING came in first place in the ORCi category during the Offshore Spring Cup 2008, successfully defending their Spring Cup 2007 winner's title. The race was organized by the Voula Sailing Club and took place between May 31st and June 8th. In a total of 7 races, SUPERFAST RACING's placing was 1st, 1st, 3rd, 1st, 5th and 5th.
"We are really happy with our effort. It shows that the boat and her 15-strong crew are in top racing form. We'd like to dedicate this victory to our sponsors SUPERFAST FERRIES, MARFIN EGNATIA BANK and ΕΚΟ ABEE, whose support will be vital in helping SUPERFAST RACING to lead the competition again during the 2008 season," said Pericles Livas and Nikos Lazos, the boat's co-skippers.
SUPERFAST RACING TEAM's next event will be the National Championship which will take place between June 13th and June 16th, 2008.
